In strategic partnership with Tulip Community Care specialists in the 16–25 demographic we deliver a comprehensive, person-centred pathway for individuals navigating complex mental health challenges. By combining our clinical expertise, we provide a robust, wraparound service that ensures a seamless transition into adulthood and prevents gaps in essential care.

Services

Whether it is dealing with adults struggling with suitable placements, those in crises needing short term respite or even individuals requiring a step-up from generic residential care services or a step down from Inpatient services, Cherry Community Care is able to offer its services.

Cherry's Care offers single or two-person occupancy placements. We offer flexible therapeutic services with full MDT ( multi disciplinary team) input or with some or without MDT ( Multi disciplinary Team) input, individualised to the young person’s mental health needs and demands.

Placements

We provide flexible specialist therapeutic placements starting from 12 weeks, with durations tailored to each person's specific needs. Our primary objective is to facilitate a sustainable transition for the individual to reintegrate into their family home or wider community. We also offer specialised supported living 24/7 when required, following careful planning and agreement between services.
